As a native to the region, I, Catherine Safieddine, have raised 5 kids in the Denver metro areaand have taken an interest in real estate since owning/managing a few residential properties inthe Hilltop area where I currently own my own home. I attended Metropolitan State College ofDenver and graduated earning a B.S. degree in Business Management. In my spare time, I loveskiing, playing tennis, yoga, taking hiit classes, peloton, running, spending time with mychildren and hanging out with friends.Real estate has become a passion as I experienced first hand what it's like to not understandthe business/contract side of buying or selling real estate and not be represented to fullyprotect my interests and want to be able to use that knowledge to take each individual clientand give them the representation they deserve. I highly regard honesty and believe thatcollaborating with my clients to give them a unique experience will create more businessopportunities and experience in a city where real estate agents are a dime a dozen.Ten years from now, I see myself affluent in not only helping clients buy/sell their own homesbut potentially delve into a more philanthropic side by being able to help less fortunate peoplewho can't afford representation and needing more assistance from lack of knowledge/money. Iwould also like to branch out into the commercial/investment aspect of real estate.
